I just wanted to say thanks for the most wonderful hunt. We
had such a good time. I still can't believe it happened and
when people see the horns they can't believe the size. We
stopped yesterday north of Jeff City for gas and some guy
wanted to know if his little kids could look at the horns.
They were guessing what kind of animal it was from. The taxidermist
opened the shop and we dropped off the cape. I still have
the horns chained in my truck. The one cooler we had took
to the butcher shop for hamburger and sausage had 165 pounds
of meat in it. We went to lunch in the town and when we came
back, the butcher wanted to know if we wanted some of the
elk burger for supper. He just had ground it so we have burgers
tonight and they were great.
I hope Suzie figured out how much you were worth and gave
you some extra money. As far as I am concerned the trip was
priceless. I don't think any other hunter could have shot
that animal and be happier than I am and liking it more all
the time. You have a great operation and I just can't say
thanks enough. Think of me as your safari wish person and
you made it come true.

Hi Johnnie:
Well I have been slipping a little I should have already sent
this message, but better later than never I guess.
I would like to tell you what a great time I had at Eagle
Ridge hunting with yourself and Keith. My brother and I carried
home with us a lot of memories of a great hunt and a lot of
fun especially due to your efforts and Keith's also. We never
expected to find such beautiful scenery, great people and
a whole lot of trophies. Your help and expertise were greatly
appreciate. You and Keith worked very hard at making sure
we had a great time and at finding my brothers elk that he
shot -- it did not go without notice just how hard you worked
for us.
You set the standard by which I will always judge other guides
and it is high!! So I will be back to hunt again one day,
that's the best thing I can say is, I'll be back.
Thanks again,
William Newton &

I wanted to take the time to thank you for the awesome time
Randy Smiley, our G.M. and I had hunting with you. We did
not know what to expect on our way down other than that you
said we would have a good time. It was a great time from the
way we were treated to the excellent food provided, and the
best part was that we both bagged our first elk after two
intense days of hunting. Randy and I have a whole new respect
for Hunting preserves and would recommend a hunt with you
to anyone. Your guides are top notch and are willing to accommodate
in any way needed. We appreciate everything while we were
there and enjoyed starting a friendship with you.
Thanks again for the great time,
Fox Keim
